The body has a natural, built in, self healing process, but when the energy flow is blocked or disrupted and the body is out of balance, this process doesn't work as well as it should. The human body is a very complex mix of mind, body and spirit, so when any one thing is out of balance it can have a knock on effect on other areas of the body.
I offer a range of energy based therapies to give your body a helping hand.

MY HOLISTIC ENERGY BALANCE

I absolutely love working with energy! I love it because it's simple, gentle, effective, doesn't involve taking any supplements or drugs and clients can often take away simple techniques to use themselves.

Often the changes that occur are very subtle, but, regular sessions can bring about real benefits.

A typical appointment with me start off with a short chat about what you would like to improve and what you're looking to achieve from the session. The energy balance itself will be a blend of intuition mixed with a few gentle muscle response tests to help guide us along and will include techniques from Touch for Health, Reiki and RESET-TMJ, all with your permission, of course.

Some of the techniques used to restore energetic balance may include work with meridians, neurolymphatic massage points, emotional stress release and other neurovascular holding points, gait points, figure 8 energy, chakras, colour, RESET-TMJ hand positions or even light hearted spiritual cards! It's amazing sometimes what the body needs to bring itself back to optimal balance, usually very simple things!

Each session will vary but will usually be relaxing, stimulating or maybe both!

During all appointments, you will remain fully clothed but may be asked to remove your shoes. You will usually lie on a therapy couch but if this is not preferable for any reason, you are very welcome to choose a seated option.

Each of these can also be booked as dedicated sessions if preferred.

All face to face appointments are £30.00, Distance Reiki is £22.00.
